To apply for financial aid or any of our educational finance packages, you must be a registered member of any of the following beneficiary membership Organisation.

North and South Atlantic Mission. This beneficiary membership Organisation caters for students from the African continent and the Caribbean.

North Atlantic Educational & Cultural Missions. This beneficiary membership Organisation caters for students from the continent of Europe and North America.

Oriental Pacific Educational & Cultural Missions. This beneficiary membership Organisation caters for students from the countries of Asia and the Middle East.

South Atlantic Educational & Cultural Missions. This beneficiary membership Organisation caters for students from the continent of Central and South America.

Company Profile

PENNYWISE SAVINGS & LOANS SYNDICATE (PSLS) is a subsidiary of ATLANTIC PACIFIC EDUCATIONAL PROJECT GROUP (APPGROUP). The company is a non profit making company established in the United Kingdom to provide financial aid package to international students studying by distance learning or conventional methods.

Majority of the students in PSLS Educational Finance and Financial Aid are distance learners and members of the following beneficiary membership Organisations:-

PSLS financial aid package should be viewed as a supplement to financial efforts of the student, student's parents or guardian (s).

International students are strongly advised to have their finances arranged before applying for admissions in overseas colleges/or universities.

Financial institutions overseas do not provide student loans to foreign students and, colleges/or universities overseas do not provide financial assistance to foreign students and cannot be responsible for students' financial obligations.

Financial aid is offered on annual renewable basis and is tenable for a period of up to 3 years, subject to continued outstanding academic performance.
